Details
A damage deposit of $200 is required. Pets are $10/night per pet extra. Separate deposit checks are not cashed unless either there has been damage or the keys have not been returned 30 days after the rental is complete. Reservations will be held for only three days without payment. To hold a time more than 30 days in advance, we ask one night's rent, with the remainder due 30 days in advance. Full refunds are given if we are notified at least 30 days in advance of your planned stay. Check-out time is noon and check-in time is 6 PM Fridays, 5 PM other days, unless other arrangements are made. If you arrive before check-in time, unit may not be clean. Three night minimum on holiday weekends. Two night minimum on most other weekends. Linens, towels, kitchen stuff (dishes, coffeemaker, etc.), and a few books, games, and DVDs are provided. Not wheelchair-accessible due to the stairways.
No smoking is allowed in either unit.
